We always recommend booking a table to avoid any disappointment. It also ensures that we can cater for you should you have any dietary requirements.
We kindly ask that tables of 6 or more pay a £20 per head deposit (this may vary in price if it’s a special occasion eg Christmas) We would also ask if you could let us know what menu you would like, signature tasting, menu 5 course tasting menu or our A la carte menu. If it’s our A la carte menu, we would send you a menu to do a pre-order for us.
You can either pay the deposit by calling us on 01246 569999 and pay over the phone or you can contact us to get the bank transfer details.
If you cancel your booking, within 48 hours of your arrival, then you will lose your deposit. This is due to having fresh produce delivered on a daily basis, that has been ordered to cater for the bookings.
If you book a large table and it decreases in size within the 48 hours of your arrival, the members that have cancelled will unfortunately lose their deposit.
We do add a discretionary 12.5% service charge onto all bills.
Yes, we have a limited off-road car parking spaces. It’s a first come, first serve basis, there is free road side parking in the village.
We don’t have a children’s menu, however they can order from the a la carte or a Smaller Tasting menu option.
Bar menu is also available at half portions
Please be aware we have limited highchairs available.
We have specific areas where we allow dogs. You must notify us when making the booking in the comments section that you are bringing a dog, so we can allocate you to the correct area.
We can cater for vegetarians & most allergens but must be notified at the time of booking. As ever increasing dietary requirements are making demands of our kitchen, we will no, longer be able to accommodate the following allergies or dietary requirements:
Guests who are vegans
Guests who may suffer anaphylactic shock because of an allergy or who may suffer an extreme reaction to any cross contamination from ingredients in our kitchen.
We kindly ask you notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements, at the time of booking, so we can adapt our menus for you.

Yes. You can purchase a gift voucher for whatever amount you would like to gift. This can be then emailed to you or posted. If it is posted, we charge £5. All vouchers come with 12 months expiry date.
